Refund policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team at 📧 info@thequiltersretreat.store with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Clear photos showing the defect

Upon verification, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

📝 For Apparel and housewares:

  • Refunds/replacements are only offered for printing errors or manufacturing defects.
  • We do not offer returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse, as these items are custom-printed to order.
  • Please check size charts carefully before purchasing.

2. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Returns are accepted for non-custom products under the following conditions:

✔️ Notification Period: Inform us within 30 days of receiving the product.
✔️ Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔️ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔️ Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛑 Exclusions:
🚫 Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, tumblers, etc.) are not eligible for returns due to change of mind.
🚫 Digital downloads are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

🚫 Custom or personalized products
🚫 Perishable goods
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Digital downloads (quilt patterns, PDFs, or other digital files)

4. General Conditions

✔️ Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
✔️ Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
✔️ Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
