Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Quilters Retreat Store.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Some larger or more fragile items may take longer to prepare for shipping.

💡 Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Most orders should arrive within 11 business days of ordering. Some items, such as custom-printed products, may take longer.

⏳ We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

📌 Shipping Rates & Order Consolidation

📦 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

✔️ Quilt Kits & Backing Fabric: These items require individual packaging and are charged separate shipping fees per item.

✔️ Multiple Quilt Kits in One Order? We will always look for the most cost-effective way to ship. If we can combine your order into one box at a lower shipping cost, we will automatically refund any extra shipping charges.

✔️ Apparel & Housewares (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.): These items ship separately and have shipping rates based on our print provider’s cost.

✅ If your final shipping cost is lower than what you were charged, we will issue a partial refund after processing your order.

Important

If applicable, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end.  This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.
